1. Who we are

VoltCRM ("VoltCRM", "we", "us") provides a software-as-a-service CRM platform for service businesses, accessible at voltcrm.lovable.app and related domains. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Merchant of Record

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa. VoltCRM never stores your full card details — only the last 4 digits and brand are retained for receipts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use VoltCRM.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VoltCRM to: (a) violate laws or third-party rights, (b) send spam or unsolicited communications, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, (d) reverse-engineer or resell the platform, or (e) upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & billing

VoltCRM is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Intellectual property

VoltCRM, including all software, designs, logos, and content we provide, is owned by VoltCRM and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of customer data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the service.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
