If you're not satisfied with VoltCRM, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email billing@voltcrm.com from the email address on your account with your invoice ID (sent in the receipt from Stripe). We respond within 2 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not automatically refunded. You can cancel anytime from Settings to prevent the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
