Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

VoltCRM is the data controller for personal data processed through the VoltCRM platform. Contact us at privacy@voltcrm.com.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, profile photo.
• Business data: organization name, address, phone, industry.
• Customer / job data: records you create in VoltCRM about your own customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices.
• Usage data: log events, IP address, browser, device, and pages visited.
• Billing data: last 4 digits of card and billing country (collected and stored by Stripe, not us).

3. How we use it

We process personal data to: provide and improve the service, authenticate you, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send product updates.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processor for subscription billing.
• Supabase — managed database and authentication infrastructure.
• Google Maps Platform — geocoding and maps for territory features.
• Email & analytics providers — transactional email and product analytics.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.

6. Retention

We retain account and customer data while your account is active. Upon deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@voltcrm.com. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
